1.- Personal data we collect and process.
As part of the operation of our Portal, we collect and process the following data:
- Information that you provide to us through forms on our Portal, including registration data, subscription to services, service requests, advertisements or messages posted or data relating to complaints and claims. 2.- How we store this personal data.
Any personal information will be encrypted before being transmitted. In this regard, Capital Cell works with a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to your computer and that of the Portal. This way, when using the SSL protocol it is guaranteed: 1. That you are communicating your data to the server of Capital Cell and not to any other that would try to impersonate it. 2. That between your computer and the server of Capital Cell the data is transmitted encrypted, avoiding its possible reading or manipulation by third parties. Nevertheless, you must take into account that the complete security of the data transmitted through the Internet cannot be guaranteed, so we cannot offer a guarantee of full and unqualified security. In particular, you must not forget that it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password to access your Capital Cell user account.
Your data will be stored on servers located in the European Economic Area or in countries that offer an equivalent level of security, in accordance with the European Commission. Other companies that provide services to Capital Cell may process your data at locations inside or outside the European Economic Area. Capital Cell will make every effort to ensure that any transfer or processing of your data to any jurisdiction outside the European Economic Area that does not provide an equivalent level of security is carried out in strict compliance with European data protection regulations.
3.- What we use your personal data for.
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us, or about which you have authorized us to contact you.
- To comply with legal obligations and those arising from the agreements entered into with you.
- To enable the content of our Portal to be presented to you in the most effective way possible.
3.- Cases in which we may share your data with other organizations.
We will only share your information with third parties under the terms and in the cases provided in this document. Under no circumstances will we sell your information to any other person or organization.
Capital Cell may share your data with other companies in the same corporate group, such as the British company Capital Cell Ltd.
When you express your interest in a planned campaign, we will communicate your contact information to the corresponding company. Likewise, when you decide to participate in an open campaign, we will share all the necessary information with the company promoting the campaign so that they can prepare the corresponding corporate documentation in due course.
Certain companies that provide services to Capital Cell may access your data as part of those services. When this access occurs, these companies will access your data as processors, being in any case Capital Cell the entity that maintains responsibility for your data. These processors will only access your data to the extent and in the manner necessary to carry out the services they provide to Capital Cell.
4.- For how long we can keep and use your data.
We will retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. We will also retain your data in cases where we are legally obliged to do so, or when it is necessary for the fulfillment of agreements signed with you.
5.- Third party data
During the process of publishing a campaign, it is possible that the promoting company may provide Capital Cell with data of third parties such as its reference partners, corporate administrators and key employees. In such a case, it will be the responsibility of the company promoting the campaign to obtain the corresponding authorization from each of the affected parties, without prejudice to the communications that may be made by Capital Cell to confirm such authorization.
Also, as part of our efforts to publicize the projects published on our Portal, we may invite you to provide us with the contact information of potential users. If you decide to do so, please note that you may only provide us with such data if you have the authorization of the person whose data you are going to communicate to us.
6.- Which are the rights you have with respect to your data, and how you can exercise them.
You have the right to access the information we have about you. As part of our efforts to protect your privacy, when you request such access, we will ask you to provide proof of your identity, and we will take reasonable steps to ensure your identity before disclosing any information.
You also have the right to request that we not use your information for marketing purposes. In general, you can exercise this right easily by marking the appropriate fields on the forms we use to collect your information.

As in other areas, Capital Cell makes every effort to satisfy the requests and preferences of its users, and to provide them with an adequate response to their needs. However, although we encourage you to contact us to resolve any incidents that may arise, you can address your complaints in this matter directly to the competent data protection authority, even if you have not contacted us beforehand to do so.
